becker consulting - Seit 2018 besteht eine neue Projekt-Zusammenarbeit mit der GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) in Kampala / Uganda. Der Auftrag umfasst die Planung einer 10 kWp Photovoltaik-Schulungsanlage auf dem Campus des Nakawa Vocational Training Institute. Neben der umfangreichen Planung der Schulungsanlagen und der Erstellung eines Schulungskonzepts wurden wir auch mit der elektrotechnischen Planung des Schulungskomplexes beauftragt. Da das Berufsbildungsprojekt der Handwerkkammer zu Köln ebenfalls auf dem Nakawa-Campus ansässig ist , enthält der Beratungsauftrag auch eine zu entwickelnde konzeptionelle Zusammenarbeit der beiden Projekte zur Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung der ugandischen Lehrer und Ausbilder. Das über drei Jahre angelegte Projekt hat zum Ziel, eine autonome Energieversorgung (z.B. eines Dorfes) zu demonstrieren und die Techniker und Lehrer an diesen Systemen auszubilden. Parallel dazu werden zwei 7,5t Trucks zu mobilen Schulungseinheiten umgebaut und entsprechend mit Hardware zur Demonstration von Solarenergie ausgerüstet. Hier ist die Zielsetzung den Menschen in den ländlichen Bereichen zu zeigen, dass eine Solaranlage bei richtiger Dimensionierung und Montage den Dieselgenerator ersetzen kann. Unser aktuelles Pojekt in Uganda mit der GIZ ist das "House Of Africa" in Hoima auf dem Campus des St. Simon Peter´s Vocational Traing Centre. Das Haus wurde in zwölf Wochen unter Begleitung deutscher Handwerksmeister verschiedener Gewerke mit ugandischen Lehrern und Studenten erstellt und dient nachhaltig als lebendige Ausbildungsstätte sowohl für theoretischen als auch praktischen Unterricht.
becker consulting - Since 2018 we are consulting GIZ (German Corporation for International Cooperation Ltd.) in Kampala / Uganda. The contract includes the planning of a 10 kWp Solar-Photovoltaic-System for educational use on the campus of Nakawa Vocational Training Institute. Beside the extensive planning of the entire system and the creation of the schooling concept behind we were asked to do the electrical engineering concept as well. Another partner on the Nakawa-Campus is the Chamber of Craftspeople Cologne / Germany with their vocational traing project. So as a result of both activities we were involved to find out the best way for cooperation of the to players in the fields of vocational training, schooling and further education of Ugandan trainers and students. The period of the project is three years and the main target is to demonstrate the autonomous power supply (for example for a village) by a photovoltaic system and to educate the participants on that solar plant. At the same time two 7,5t trucks are going to be modified to a mobile solar laboratory and they will be equipped with the needed hardware to demonstrate the use of solar power. The target here is to show the people in rural areas the practical use of solar power for example by rerplacing a combustion engine of a mill with an elctrical motor considering the right power dimension. Our latest project together with the GIZ is the "House Of Africa" in Hoima, placed on the campus of St. Simon Peter´s Vocational Training Centre. This house was built in twelve weeks time, guided by German mastercrafts people of different professions together with Ugandan trainers and students. It shows a sustainable and living place for theoretical and practical training courses.
Malawi
becker consulting - Seit 2017 arbeiten wir für die Bildungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft der Handwerkskammer zu Köln im Rahmen eines Partnerschaftprojekts in Lilongwe / Malawi. Der malawische Partner TEVETA untersteht dort dem Bildungsministerium und zeigt großes Interesse am dualen Bildungssystem nach deutschem Vorbild. Die Problematik in Malawi liegt darin, dass ein gewisses Wirtschaftwachstum stark gefährtdet ist, weil einheimische Fachkräfte kaum vorhanden sind und diese Dienstleistung dann importiert werden muß. Es fehlen die Facharbeiter, welche die Lücke zwischen den angelernten Kräften und den Akademikern schließen sollen. Unser Aufgabe ist es, nach einer Bedarfanalyse in Abstimmung mit den führenden Ausbildungsinstituten, der TEVETA und den maßgeblichen Firmen (Industrie und Handwerk) ein Konzept zu entwickeln, um den Arbeitsmarkt effektiver bedienen zu können und gleichzeitig die Qualität der Ausbildung zu verbessern. In einem zweiten Schritt wird hierzu ein Pilotprojekt an einem Ausbildungsinstitut durchgeführt. Die Einführung eines landesweiten neuen Ausbildungsabschlusses mit dem Titel "Diploma 4" soll hier überprüft werden.
becker consulting - Since 2017 we cooperate with the Educational -and Consulting Corporation of the Chamber of Craftspeople Cologne / Germany in their partnership project in Lilongwe / Malawi. The Malawian partner TEVETA is a department of the Ministry of Education and is very much interested in the German vocational training system. The actual situation in Malawi is that there is a good amount of economical growth but it is compromised by the lack of local experts and therefore a lot of services have to be imported. We miss a lot of local craftspeople which are able to fill the gap between unskilled workers and the academic class. After a training needs assessment in cooperation with the leading vocational and educational institutes our mandate will be to develop a concept to bring more and better skilled craftspeople into the working market. TEVATA, industrial and small scale companies are to accompany our attempt. As a second step we are going to launch a pilot project together with a certain training institute to introduce a new nationwide vocational degree called "Diploma 4".

becker consulting - Seit 2018 unterstützen wir das BBP-Projekt zwischen der Handwerkskammer Köln, dem Ministerium für Arbeit und der Vereinigung der Handelskammern für Industrie und Landwirtschaft in Palästina in deren TVET-Programmen (technische und handwerkliche Fort- und Weiterbildungen). Des Ziel der Maßnahmen ist, den stark aufstrebenden und wachsenden Solarmarkt mit Trainingmodulen zu unterstützen und somit einen Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung, zur Sicherheit in der Energieversorgung und zur Chancenverbesserung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu leisten.
becker consulting - Since 2018 we support the BBP-Project between the Chamber of Craftspeople Cologne, the Ministry of Labor (MoL) Palestine and the Federation of Palestinian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in their TVET-Programs (Technical and Vocational Training and Education). The target of the action is to support the fast growing and ambitious solar photovoltaic market with training modules to cover installation quality, to secure production of electrical power and to improve opportunities on the labour market.
Burundi
becker consulting - Seit 2023 sind wir Teil des BBP-Projekts Ost-Arika zwischen der Handwerkskammer Koblenz und des Ausbildungszentrums CFPP Nyakabiga in Bujumbura. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit dort liegt in der technischen und handwerklichen Fort- und Weiterbildung von Lehrern, Ausbildern und Technikern im Bereich der solaren Photovoltaik-Anlagen. Die Ausgestaltung und Einführung von Trainingsmodulen wurde hier als Pilotprojekt implementiert. Im Ergebnis sollen weitere Ausbildungszentren den Ansatz übernehmen, ausbauen und zum Erfolg führen. becker consulting - Since 2023 we are part of the BBP-Project East-Africa between the Chamber of Craftspeople Koblenz and CFPP Nyakabiga in Bujumbura. The focus of our work is to transfer technical and vocational skills to teachers, instructors and technicians in the field of solar photovoltaic systems. The creation and introduction of training modules had been implemented here as a pilot project. As a targeted result we would like to encourage more TVET-Schools to take over the program, extend it and bring it to bigger success. |

becker consulting - Unsere Zusammenarbeit mit der Handwerkskammer Koblenz (BBP-Projekt) und der PATRIZIA-Foundation Augsburg begann im Jahr 2023 und wird seit dieser Zeit stetig ausgebaut. Das Berufsbildungsprojekt der HwK Koblenz im Bereich der solaren Photovoltaik-Anlagen wird mit zwei Schulen / Ausbildungszentren vor Ort ausgeführt ( St. Joseph VTC Kigali und Gacuriro Technical Secondary School Kigali). In diesem Projekt konzentrieren wir uns auf die technische und handwerkliche Fort- und Weiterbildung von Lehrern, Ausbildern und Technikern. Unser Partner PATRIZIA-Foundation arbeitet bereits seit vielen Jahren mit der Nelson Mandela Technical School in Bugeresa zusammen und nutzt unsere Expertise für den Aufbau eines Solar-Labors zu Ausbildungszwecken auf dem Campus.
becker consulting - Our cooperation with the Chamber of Craftspeople Koblenz (BBP-Project) and PATRIZIA-Foundation Augsburg started in 2023 and is expanding continously since then. The vocational skills and education project of CSC Koblenz in the field of solar photovoltaic systems happens in colaboration with two local partners ( St. Joseph VTC Kigali and Gacuriro Technical Secondary School Kigali). This project is focused on the transfer of technical and vocational skills to teachers, instructors and technicians. Our new partner PATRIZIA-Foundation has been working together with Nelson Mandela Technical School Bugesera for many years now and wants to use our expertise to open up a solar-lab on the compound.
Senegal / Senegal
becker consulting - Im Februar 2025 startete für uns eine neue Zusammenarbeit mit der Handwerkskammer Köln im Rahmen des PartnerAfrika-Projekts im Senegal. Das ausgegebene Ziel des in der ersten Phase auf drei Jahre ausgelegten Projekts ist, die Zusammenarbeit mit interessierten Schulen und Ausbildungszentren zu suchen und dort praxisorientierte Kurse zum Thema Photovoltaik-Analgen zu entwickeln und anzubieten. Der Erfolg stellte sich bereits nach sehr kurzer Zeit ein und wir konnten mit unseren Partnern in Diourbel und Dangalma bereits mehrere Schulungen durchführen. Dies zog in der Konsequenz die Aufmerksamkeit von örtlichen Verbänden, Kammern und Firmen für das Projekt auf sich und seitdem besteht ein mehr als reger Austausch zwischen den Partnern. Als Höhepunkt richtete das Lycée Technique Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba in Diourbel zu Ende des Jahres hin einen Tag der offenen Tür zum Thema erneuerbare Energien aus. Die Gäste hatten hierbei auch die Gelegenheit, einen solarbetriebenen Klassenraum zu besuchen. Das Feedback war überragend und wir hoffen, mit dieser Art von Aktionen weitere Schulen, Einrichtungen und Behörden vom Nutzen unseres Projekts überzeugen zu können. becker consulting - In February 2025 we had the opportunity to start a new cooperation with the Chamber of Craftspeople Cologne, joining a PartnerAfrica-Project in Senegal. The given goal for the first phase of the three years lasting project was, to search for interested and motivated partners amongst schools and vocational training centres to develop and carry out practice-oriented solar photovoltaic courses. After a short while success came in and since that time we carried out several courses together with our partners in Diourbel and Dangalma. As a result of our successful work we cought attention from local associations, chambers and companies and nowadays we are in real exchange and close communication with them. As a highlight at the end of 2025 I would like to point out, that we carried out a " Day of Renewable Energy" at the Lycée Technique Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba in Diourbel. Beside other activities our dear guests had the opportunity to visit a solar photovoltaic supported classroom. The feedback had been enourmous and it gives us the hope and confidence to convince more schools, institutions and authorities to go a greener way and interact with us. becker consulting - Unsere langjährige, gute und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Lucas-Nülle (www.lucas-nuelle.de), einem der weltweit führenden Hersteller für Hard- und Software im Bereich der Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung, erfuhr einen neuen Impuls mit unserer Beauftragung, an der Universität in Hawassa geliefertes Equipment aufzubauen, in Betrieb zu nehmen und die notwendigen technischen Schulungen der Lehrer und Dozenten durchzuführen. Das Equipment umfasste Bereiche der Hochfrequenztechnik, der Mikroprozessortechnik, der Robotik, der allgemeinen Elektrotechnik, der Maschinensteuerungstechnik, der Pneumatik und der erneuerbaren Energien. Die BAUVERBÄNDE NRW e.V. in Zusammenarbeit mit dem General Wingate Polytechnic College in Addis Abeba setzen nun auch auf unsere Kompetenzen.
becker consulting - Our long lasting, good and successful cooperation with Lucas-Nülle (www.lucas-nuelle.de), known as one of the worldwide leading manufacturers of hard- and software for educational use, got a new impulse with contracting us for a project at the University of Hawassa. We had to assemble and test delivered equipment and after that phase we were responsible for the practical, technical and didactical training of the teachers and lecturers. The equipment covered a very wide range of up-to-date technologies in the field of high frequency, microprocessors, robotics, electrical engineering, machine controlling, pneumatics and renewable energy. Our new partner BAUVERBÄNDE NRW e.V. (Germany) in cooperation with General Wingate Polytechnic College in Addis Ababa rely on our competencies.
Aserbaidschan / Azerbaijan
becker consulting - Das Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e.V. (BiWe) setzt seit 2025 auf becker consulting als ihren neuen strategischen Partner im Rahmen einer Berufbildungspartnerschaft (4D-TVET) mit Partnerorganisationen in Aserbaidschan. Das Ziel ist die Qualifizierung von Lehrern und Fachkräften im Bereich der Photovoltaik-Technologien zur nachhaltigen Schaffung von Ausbildungsstrukturen und um den wachsenden Anforderungen und Nachfragen der grünen Energiebranche gerecht zu werden. In den Partnerschulen in Jalilabad und Baku wurden aus diesem Grund bereits erste sehr erfolgreiche ToT-Maßnahmen ausgeführt.
